At Femmeity, we aim to make your delivery experience as smooth and clear as possible. Orders are shipped across Egypt through our delivery partner, and delivery times and shipping fees vary depending on your location.

Please make sure your name, phone number, and full delivery address are entered correctly when placing your order to avoid any delays. Delivery timelines are estimated in working days and may vary slightly depending on the area or courier circumstances.

Cairo & Giza — 82 EGP
Estimated delivery: 4–5 working days

Alexandria — 97 EGP
Estimated delivery: 4–5 working days
Please note that Agamy has a specific delivery schedule and is serviced once per week.

Delta & Canal — 117 EGP
Includes Port Said, Ismailia, Suez, Gharbia, Kafr El Sheikh, Menoufia, Beheira, Dakahlia, Damietta, Sharqia, and Qalyubia.
Estimated delivery: 4–5 working days

Upper Egypt, Red Sea & Sahel — 152 EGP
Includes Fayoum, Beni Suef, Minya, Assiut, Sohag, Qena, Luxor, Aswan, Hurghada, El Gouna, Marsa Alam, Safaga, Quseir, Ras Gharib, Marsa Matrouh, and Sahel.
Estimated delivery: 5–6 working days

South Sinai — 187 EGP
Estimated delivery: within 14 working days, excluding border areas.

Delivery Attempts

The courier may make multiple delivery attempts depending on the area. For governorate deliveries, up to 3 delivery attempts on separate days may be made. If all attempts fail, the order may be cancelled and the full shipping fee may still apply.

Checking Your Order

Customers may check their shipment while the courier is present before accepting the order.

Please review your order carefully at the time of delivery, as Femmeity does not accept returns after the order has been received and the courier has left.

Refused Orders

If you decide not to receive your order, you may refuse it while the courier is present. Shipping charges may still apply to refused orders.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier schedules, high order volumes, public holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control.
